The Center

GLOBALKITE’S Spot opened in 2003 at the “Sidi Smael” beach  between Houmt-Souk, the capital of the island and the tourist zone,  The Center is open daily all year around. We offer lessons, but also storage and sale of kitesurf-material and equipment. We work with  NORTH, F-ONE and CRAZYFLY brands, and you will find new and restored equipment at the beginning of each  season.

Mostly we work at the Spot on Smile Beach,  an 800 m private beach with an immense 32 square kilometre (approx. 20 miles square) lagoon. The marvellously smooth water offers ideal conditions for beginners and progressive kiters.

The Team

Teachers from GLOBALKITE will give you the neccessary confidence and let you share their passion for kitesurfing. Our lessons are given – as requisted - in english, french and arabic. Our lessons are based on the principles of the Kite Surfing Association and the International Kitesurfing Organisation. You will understand, how to safety launch, land and fly the kite.
